Like any other November, the pickin's in my garden are quite slim right now. We had our first frost last week, and it has been raining on and off for the past couple of days. So, no I have a frog in my throat. Lovely

What's blooming today in your garden?
Hi..
ResponderEliminarI am so glad to see your roses, they are soo beautiful! I love their colors and petals. I wish I had lavender bloom here in the garden, your lavender looks nice. Thanks for sharing lovely views around your house, especially the rainbow. I wish you get better soon..
Greetings,
Hari.
Hari, how exciting to receive comments from Indonesia! Yes, I can imagine that lavender would not do well in your climate because it does not like humidity. As you can see, roses are my favorite...
EliminarSo sorry to hear you are not feeling your best today. Stay warm by that lovely fire. You have a lovely selection of roses and they are a bonus at the end of the year when everything else is winding down. Shakespeare is a beauty. And what an incredible view.
ResponderEliminarYes, the view is tranquil, but it does make tree placement a challenge! I'm feeling fine, actually, but sometimes I think I need an excuse to sit down. :)
EliminarWish you'll be well soon! Absolutely marvelous series of roses. Lots are blooming in your garden.
ResponderEliminarYes, my roses "shut down" over the summer with the scorching heat & sun, only to rebound again in the fall. Makes life interesting!
EliminarGet well soon. Beautiful place to live and I bet those roses smell delightful!
ResponderEliminarThank you, Patricia. Although I have been living in Spain for 23 years, we've only been in this house for 3 yrs. As you can imagine, I have loads of gardening ahead of me!
EliminarRoses are some of the bravest plants there are. You garden in a beautiful place.
ResponderEliminarYes, they certainly are! Not many people grow them here, however. I think they are under the misconception that roses are frail, delicate and disease-prone.
EliminarWell you certainly have some lovely roses left to cheer you up. Get well soon.
ResponderEliminarI'm fine, actually. Just pulled some gingerbread out of the oven for my children's tea (well, and mine, too!).
EliminarYour garden view is beautiful especially the roses and the capture of the rainbow is amazing! Happy GBBD!
ResponderEliminarYes, unlike northeastern gardens, with all the rain, lush greenery and enormous trees, our views go on here for miles...
EliminarYou still have quite a bit blooming. Love your views and I am also sitting next to my wood stove as we are getting snow today. Thanks for visiting my blog! Brenda
ResponderEliminarI hope you are feeling a bit better today. Lovely Roses and was surprised to read you have had your first frost. I need to do a bit more research on Spanish weather, don't I ;)
ResponderEliminarYes, it seems that when most people visit Spain, they usually visit sunny, beachy, coastal areas. Inland, however, our weather is quite diffferent. And, at 2,100 feet, it does get quite cold here in the winter.
EliminarI really enjoyed your November blooms - such beautiful roses and a glorious rainbow! Hope that you are on the mend.
ResponderEliminarPreciosas karen!!! Unos últimos coletazos estupendos!!!
ResponderEliminarY esa chimenea....
